The breakfast was lovely, freshly cooked, and made to order. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I found it comforting. The guest house is so convenient if you need to reach the university. It is just a short, easy walk.

The room was clean and had tea and coffee-making facilities plus a sink (very useful!). I found the location great. The university is right across the street. The staff are friendly, and the cooked breakfast was excellent.
The furniture looked a little old.
